Welcome! I’m Kate McKay (she/her), a registered clinical counsellor and a parent who is passionate about mental health. My counselling approach combines mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy and somatic therapy elements to create a unique approach that can be tailored to the individual needs of each client, whether you are looking for individual counselling, perinatal support, parenting support, or group therapy.
I am an LGBTQ2S+ affirming professional who is committed to continued work on allyship to create a safe and inclusive space that is welcoming for all clients.
